I want to share a story with you - in high school, the seniors had a section in the yearbook where they were to write what they would be when they grew up. I was nervous of sounding silly if I wrote what I really believed, what I felt in my heart, but I didn’t know what else to make up. It wasn’t funny and clever like some, it wasn’t your typical career, it wasn’t something I was ready to own, and I had no idea how I’d get there or why I was being called to it, but I followed it anyways and I wrote that I would be a life coach. After being a swim coach, a gymnastics coach, and a birth coach, I stepped into my goal of becoming a holistic women's life and wellness coach. No, I’m not an expert on how to live this life and I don’t believe I have all the answers, but what I do know is the amount of personal deaths and rebirths I’ve had to get here. I know the transformation I experienced myself through the hard work I put in to breaking the mold, rewriting old patterns, stepping out of the box society prefers for you, and really began living my fullest, most authentic life. How freeing! Now here I am, many years later, fulfilling the dream I once had & it fills my heart with more joy that I can express to guide other women back into their hearts and helping them find their soul calling.
