birth

Pregnancy is personal, birth is transformational — and so is the support you deserve. As a birth doula, holistic practitioner, and former labor nurse, I offer grounded, individualized care to help you feel safe, seen, and heard through your journey.

my commitment as your doula -

As your doula, I’m here to support your birth and am committed to your vision - your preferences, your pace, your experience. With years working in this space and having supported hundreds of families, I understand that every birth is uniquely different and I honor the body's innate ability to birth. I adapt to your individualized needs, whether that means being hands-on with comfort measures, offering steady reassurance, advocating for you, helping your partner feel confident in their role, or simply being a calm, grounding presence when you need it most.

During our prenatal visits, we’ll review your wishes, work through any fears, and create a clear plan that feels aligned and informed. I’ll share evidence-based tools, physical techniques, and powerful practices to help you feel prepared, confident, and intuitively connected going into labor. Whether you’re planning a birth at home, in a birth center, or in the hospital, my role is to support you every step of the way. Birth is a transformative portal and you deserve to feel held and heard through it.
